At its heart is the new Nano hub set, featuring numerous technical improvements that make it the ideal choice for racers and dedicated gravel enthusiasts who appreciate a hand-built wheelset. Our Nano hubs are officially approved for gravel racing and everyday gravel adventures, making them versatile enough for long-distance exploration and fast race days alike. 
The wheelset is built around 45 mm deep carbon rims with a modern 30 mm inner width. This combination delivers stability at speed, confident handling, and optimal tire support for today’s wider gravel setups. The rims feature a hooked design, so there’s no need to worry about slipping tires under pressure. We’ve also integrated a drain hole, practical if you regularly ride through water, and an added safety feature in case a valve ever malfunctions. Without a drain hole, air can enter the rim cavity while inflating, potentially leading to excessive pressure inside the rim. We prefer to eliminate that risk altogether. 
Visually, Nano Gravel 45 introduces our updated decal concept. The rims come in a raw UD finish with visible braided sections. Raw UD not only reduces weight, it’s also less prone to scratches….. because gravel riding is rarely showroom clean. The brushed titanium water-slide decals are aligned with the braided carbon structure, giving the wheel a subtle dynamic look, almost like a saw blade cutting through the wind in the direction of travel. 
Aerodynamic? Definitely. 
Fast-looking? Absolutely. 
As always, every wheel is fully assembled in-house in Buggingen, Germany. The hubs are manufactured in-house as well. All wheelsets come with our standard 10-year warranty (excluding wear parts).
