Shipping Information

At FE Sports, we understand that reliable delivery is a key part of planning — whether you’re ordering for resale, fitting out a school or club, or managing time-critical stock commitments. The information below is designed to explain how our orders are processed, despatched, and delivered, and to help set clear expectations around timeframes, freight charges, and delivery responsibilities.

This page applies primarily to retail trade customers, but also to schools, clubs, and other purchasers unless stated otherwise. We’ve included a short trade summary for quick reference, followed by more detailed information for those who need it.

Shipping – Trade Summary (Quick Reference)

This summary is provided for retail trade customers to assist with order planning and customer commitments.
Full details are set out further below.

  • Orders received before 1pm (Brisbane time) on business days are generally despatched the same day
  • Despatch time is not the same as delivery time
  • Standard deliveries are typically 2–5 business days after despatch
  • Bulk, oversized, or palletised freight may take up to 10 business days after despatch
  • Freight is calculated on the greater of actual weight or cubic volume
  • Orders may be shipped in multiple consignments
  • Tracking details are issued once goods are despatched
  • All deliveries must be checked promptly on receipt

 

Order Processing and Despatch

Orders are processed during normal business hours, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Orders received before 1.00 pm (Brisbane time) on a business day will generally be despatched the same day, subject to stock availability, payment clearance, and operational capacity.  Orders received after this cut-off, or on non-business days, may be processed on the next business day.

Please note that despatch refers to the time your order leaves our warehouse.  Despatch time is not the same as delivery time.

During peak trading periods, promotional events, or periods of high order volume, despatch times may be extended.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery timeframes within Australia are as follows:

  • Standard parcel deliveries: approximately 2–5 business days after despatch
  • Bulk, oversized, or palletised freight: up to 10 business days after despatch

Delivery times may be longer for regional, rural, or residential addresses, and for deliveries to Western Australia, Northern Territory, or remote locations.

All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are subject to carrier schedules and external factors outside our control.

Freight Charges

Freight charges are calculated at checkout based on the greater of actual weight or cubic volume, in accordance with standard carrier pricing models.

Some products, due to their size, shape, or handling requirements (such as goals, mats, posts, or other bulky items), will attract higher freight charges regardless of order value.

Once an order has been despatched, freight charges are non-refundable except where required by law.

Carriers and Tracking

FE Sports uses a range of courier and freight providers.  The carrier used will depend on the size of the order, delivery location, and service availability.

Tracking details are issued once an order has been despatched and are generally sent by email.  Retail customers are encouraged to pass tracking information on to their end customers where applicable.

If tracking information does not update immediately, this may reflect carrier processing times rather than a delay in transit.

Split Shipments and Backorders

If an order contains multiple items, products may be despatched in more than one shipment depending on availability, warehouse location, or freight requirements.

Where an order is split into multiple consignments, freight charges may apply to each shipment.

If an item is temporarily out of stock, it may be placed on backorder and shipped once available, unless otherwise agreed.  Customers who require all items to ship together should contact Customer Support prior to despatch.

Delivery Conditions

Deliveries are made to the address supplied at the time of ordering.  Business addresses are strongly recommended for trade customers.

If an authority to leave is provided, delivery is deemed complete once the carrier leaves the goods at the nominated location.  FE Sports cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft, or damage after delivery under an authority to leave.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery address is accurate and accessible for the type of freight being delivered (including tail-lift or forklift access where required).

Inspection, Damage, and Shortages

All deliveries should be inspected as soon as practicable after receipt.

Any damaged goods, shortages, or incorrect items must be reported to FE Sports Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery.  Reports should include the order number and clear photographs of the issue where possible.

Claims reported outside this timeframe may not be accepted, as carrier investigation windows are limited.

Delays Outside Our Control

FE Sports is not responsible for delivery delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier disruptions, weather events, industrial action, or peak-season congestion.
