How to submit a support ticket
 

To start a support ticket, please log in to our B2B platform and follow these steps:

 

  • Locate the item listing on our website.
  • Click on the item to open the detailed information page.
  • Locate the 'Description' and 'Warranty' tabs, then select the 'Warranty' tab to access the Warranty form.
  • Complete the form and click 'Submit.'
  • Attach a copy of the proof of purchase, the item's serial number (if available), and any relevant supporting photos to the ticket.

We’ll take it from there once it comes to us.
