How to submit a warranty

Starting on September 1st 2023, stores will be able to submit and process warranties quickly while customers are still in the store. 

The Helpdesk system is easy to use:

  • Staff can locate the product they wish to claim on our website
  • Click on the warranty tab
  • Fill out the form
  • FE Sports will keep customers updated on the progress of their ticket and assessment via email
  • Once the assessment is complete, customers will receive a credit or new goods
